While I did get to read the book I wanted with their 3-day subscription for $2.99 they are still charging me for 14.99 for a longer subscription through auto pay, which I did read in the fine print and I accepted the fact I would have to personally cancel it. The problem is that there is no way for me to directly cancel my subscription either through the Google Play app or through the reading app. Going back to it today, I now have to email them in order to get the auto pay shut off. Not a Fan.

1 star. I signed up for a 3-day $4.99 trial and found there’s no in-app way to cancel, only email support. They state replies can take up to 48 hours while also charging up to 24 hours before renewal, which can lead to unwanted charges even if you cancel on time. I requested cancellation immediately and do not authorize further charges. The setup feels misleading and difficult to opt out of. Be careful before subscribing.

paid 2 dollars for the 3 day trial and when I went to end it there was no end trial/subscription button, had to send an email that they took 2 days to respond to and lock my card so they didn't charge me. too many ads and grinding bonus points to unlock vip stuff takes forever just for 1 chapter. if you want to use the trial buy it on Apple play store because it's harder for them to bypass the account subscription feature there than on Google play store.
