update 2/16/2026. I reached out about the new version it needs to be addressed, no word back and sent screenshot. When you type over the notes section on your phone the keyboard hides your text so you can't see what your typing, very irritating. The new icons are also hard to adjust to they seem small and all similar looking to all others and I'm always hitting the wrong icon now. Been using about 4 years now so it's been challenging with new changes to adjust.

this makes my job SOOO much easier! I pay for the $14.99 pro version and write that off as a business expense since I'm contracted mail carrier an Amazon deliverer. there are similar apps a little cheaper, but this has a nice high number of stops as opposed to the others. so if you do high volume, this is your app! if you don't do high volume, then the others might be your answer. hope this helps

I find that the voice giving instructions is very often too late and I have passed the destination. Sometimes the route chosen is not the most direct. The voice can be slow to give directions. Appears to be confused. I like the solid line showing the route. I just don't get why the dotted line comes up representing the route. May/24. I canceled. For the money, working 50% of the time is unacceptable. Attempts to correct issues failed. The app would decide on its own to malfunction half way.
