Ratings and reviews

Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's barely functional. It's slow, it crashes often, it has the most random bugs ever. I only use it to get screenshots from my PS5 to my phone, and it's an ordeal every time. Occasionally it'll open the Playstation website in the browser, which is beyond ridiculous. A tech company that can't even code an app properly.

Very laggy with message delays. Doesnt properly display friend list to show if online or not. Imagine having a 2 step verification, changing your number, then trying to sign back in. backup codes are on a destroyed device, then it's impossible getting in contact with Playstation. terrible customer service, they avoid you on purpose by hiding contact information.

The app is getting worse and worse. It used to be good and have potential to be useful but now it's just a trash. How do we see PS plus game catalogue now??? Apart from the free monthly 3 games, the rest of temporary catalogue can't even be found now. We only have a bunch of game view 'recent added'. Can't find any way to see the full catalogue like before when you click on PS plus logo!!! It was really useful to see what game to download from the app directly instead of using the console!!
