I have been a SwiftKey user for probably a decade. But since the change in voice typing recently, I've been using gboard. But I have to admit, typing on this is just a million times better. And now I'm really torn. I've been experimenting today, and voice typing seems much improved from when it first changed. But there's one thing keeping me from coming back and using it regularly with a 4 or 5 star review; Samsung pen handwriting to text. Gboard has it. Surely this can too. Let's go!

Autocorrect is just not great, very quickly learns your common mistypes as being intentional and simply won't correct them anymore, and other times even "corrects" the correct spelling into the error. Also often just won't autocorrect larger words or words with more than two typos, even though it recognizes the correct spelling in the suggestions. Recently I've started getting an issue where clusters of keys will just not detect taps anymore (often b-m and a-d) until the app is force restarted

Love this app for the keyboard I've had it ever since it came out always install it on my phone when I get a new one. But not sure what they did but the talk to type doesn't work at all. I've tried uninstall and reinstalling gone into the apps permissions, it has all access but yet when you hit that microphone button all it does is come up saying listening I'll speak to have it text and after a few secs the mic shuts off. So disappointed.

To return to the previous experience, open SwiftKey settings, tap Rich input, then tap Multi-modal voice typing.
