I've been using this for a year, and it works reasonably well, but the biggest weakness of this app is that it cannot work across multiple languages and accents. It can only transcribe one accent or one language per audio file. I've been in many meetings where Chinese and English are both used. When you choose Chinese transcription, all of the English words just become transcription errors and vice versa. It's a massive limitation.

Easiest and most effective transcription app I found. Records 1h+ meetings and returns both a reasonably accurate transcript in Portuguese (haven't tested with English yet) and a decent summary. Detection of three speakers is good. not sure what model they are using but the implementation is well done. You need the paid plan but, for my usage, it's not expensive.

Update 12/3/2025. Great app. Use it infrequently but when I do it works so well. Record on my phone and drop sound recording into the app as I walk out the meeting. Summarised by the time I'm at m ly desk. Hard sell and the pricing seems reasonable... but the trial is so short I haven't been able to ascertain whether this works or not... so, sorry, but can't take you up on your special offer
