Unreliable platform: Account terminated & funds withheld! Despite being on their highest paid tier, they deleted my tracks and closed my account without notice. Worst of all, they withheld my earned royalties. Customer support is non-existent, and releases take 2+ weeks. Do not trust them.

Great for launching, Poor customer service When you do submit a ticket, I think it may be automated. I've never been able to have a conversation that solved my issue / correctly addressed what I was asking. AI hallucination style. Just get all your info/releases right the first time
