Account Blocked Without Recourse – No Support Ticket Access I am writing this public review because Ditto Music has suspended my account and completely blocked my ability to log support tickets or receive email responses. While I understand platforms have automated compliance checks, locking a paying creator completely out of communication channels violates basic consumer rights.

the worst distributor I have used. I bought a proffesional subscription plan and was later debited for starter plan renewal yet still seeing inactive subscription plan on my dashboard and till now I am yet to receive a refund for the starter plan renewal wrongfully charged for, or the issue of inactive plan being sorted out. plus your agents keep going back and forth in same circle. very annoying and unprofessional. you should take your customers more seriously and handle situations better.

Very difficult to use. You can only post one song at a time. Very expensive, you have to pay Distro to upload your music.In my opinion go directly to Distro. I honestly think this app should be taken down from Google play store. I actually want my money back that I spend in Ditto. This is false advertising at the highest level. The developers of this app should be ashamed of themselves. if there was a -10 star I would have given it to this app.
