Account Blocked Without Recourse – No Support Ticket Access I am writing this public review because Ditto Music has suspended my account and completely blocked my ability to log support tickets or receive email responses. While I understand platforms have automated compliance checks, locking a paying creator completely out of communication channels violates basic consumer rights.

the worst distributor I have used. I bought a proffesional subscription plan and was later debited for starter plan renewal yet still seeing inactive subscription plan on my dashboard and till now I am yet to receive a refund for the starter plan renewal wrongfully charged for, or the issue of inactive plan being sorted out. plus your agents keep going back and forth in same circle. very annoying and unprofessional. you should take your customers more seriously and handle situations better.

Great Distributor. As a 30+ year independent veteran producer, i hope we don't have to label our music production tools and history to dsp's. I do use Ai for some stuff, but I have been making music alot longer than ai has been around. People hating on Ai don't belong on the internet which what the technology was built for. Online use. Musicians who are concerned are only concerned about how good ai music actually is. I took the adoption of ai as a producer so I don't get left behind.
