just starting out and it's quite difficult - mostly due to my temporary lack of physical photo id (lost it waiting for another now) so I've been unable to get any miners going. paid over $8 in "we're going to verify this account is yours by making a small withdrawal" 4 times. most places DEPOSIT a few cents or maybe take $0.20 but never nearly $2 a hit and there was an "issue" each time (that don't happen on other sites... so I'm thinking that Moonpay app is a scam or just very greedy. wish I

(2 Dec) used your range of apps for more than a year and payouts were not an issue previously. Tried this app in Aug 25 and now have issues with pending withdrawals (first requested 5 weeks ago) and no payout received. Emailed customer service and got response there is delays in payouts generally. (17 Dec) still waiting. CS ticket CBH-382404 (5 Jan) still waiting (26 Jan) still waiting

It has been several days and this application has not processed my payout. I believe this application may be fake. I purchased a plan in this app, but it does not provide any payout, nor does it show a transaction ID to track the request. For the past two months, the app has been showing the payout as “processing,” and it does not allow me to cancel the payout either. I have emailed them multiple times regarding the payout issue, but I have not received any response.
