I have a lot of pending withdrawals. It was all good while I was paying for speed, etc. Now I have 10 withdrawals in progress. I've contacted support many times. Their usual reply is, "We are working on it." Working for almost a year until today? Huge scam! There is also a limit of up to 10 withdrawals in progress, which I already have, so in fact, now I cannot even request a new withdrawal until the old ones are fixed. Don't fall for it, I've invested thousands of dollars in it, so it's a scam!

User since early days. My withdrawals stuck "processing" for over a year. Received emails promising fixes, but nothing happens. New investment options keep appearing, but withdrawals matter most. Lost trust. I want my funds back plus compensation for this delay. Cannot recommend until they prove reliability.

they have made changes that make it so you only have to login once every 24 hours and that's nice and all. however I've been waiting for my last withdrawal for 6 months now keeps saying processing. I've submitted 2 tickets to support 2 months apart from each other and no response. despite them saying they don't ignore still no response
