I processed a withdrawal it almost 3yrs or more now, it still hasn't been credited to my wallet. Also, I can't even save my password for a site that I opened using CT. I wasn't like that before. If I register on a site I would be given a prompt to save the login details, but it doesn't save... I went to my saved password on the app, I couldn't find a saved password there. There is also this site I used to open, and everyday, I am being prompted to save the login details, yet it doesn't save.

I made a withdrawal request in Dec 2024 but status stayed "processing" for more than 4 business days and I never received my withdrawal. I contacted support and they said they would investigate. After many follow ups for a year, they kept on saying they were looking into it and working to resolve it. The last agent Daniel closed my case without explanation and I still did not receive my withdrawal. I contacted support again asking for an reason but no response. Very disappointed and waste time.

Up until today they haven't resolved my concerns, 1. app keeps on locking me out preventing me to activate mining and wants me to pay subscription again and 2. after they transferred my balance to affiliate, they haven't given any response to how I can locate and withdraw the funds. I starting to think they won't allow you to withdraw.
