About this app

UserLAnd is an open-source app which allows you to run several Linux distributions like Ubuntu,
Debian, and Kali.

UserLAnd was created and is being actively maintained by the folks behind the popular Android
application, GNURoot Debian. It is meant as a replacement for the original GNURoot Debian app.

When UserLAnd first launches, it presents a list of common distributions and Linux applications.
Clicking one of these then leads to a series of set-up prompts. Once these have been completed,
UserLAnd will download and set up files required to start the task that has been selected. Based on
the set-up, you will then be connected to your Linux distribution or application in a terminal or
VNC viewing Android application.

This is a great app, like you could actually run Linux on mobile phones, but there are a few major problems that I don't like and this is the number 1 reason why I can't give it 5 stars no matter what. first, and this is the worst, on every type of Linux when I get Firefox installed, all the tabs crashed, that's not all, I have stopped that by going into configs of the browser, however it still crashes sometimes, 2 most of the times you can't install a desktop environment it quit cuz of errors.

Great app for running Linux on Android! Easy to set up, works smoothly, and supports many Linux distributions. Very useful for learning, coding, or using Linux tools without rooting. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a simple Linux environment on their phone.

Beware. None of the Linux operating systems ask for a password and username when you open them on a Motorola phone. It goes straight to the default which has lots of errors on it. It's like China is trying to stop you from learning how to code.
