EDIT: upon reinstalling the app, it loaded correctly after it attempted reloading a couple of times by itself (which is what it did last time, but failed/crashed). now to review the actual product, i've generally enjoyed it, but i'm disappointed with the limit on how long inactive chats last. i didn't expect to lose any, but i did, which is sad. i personally think they should last for at least 30 days (a month) for free members, rather than just 7 days (a week) as another review suggests

That doesn't sound right. Could you share more details about the issue? Are you receiving any specific error messages when trying to run Lumo? Generally seems pretty good, and it appears that the team is making quick improvements. However the weekly prompt limit on the free tier isn't very generous. It would be great if there were additional tiers for existing proton subscribers to further try it, before adding another subscription... especially with other free semi-private options like duck.ai that don't appear to impose any limits.

I love Lumo, the only problem I have with it is when I get a response generated it will finish it but then it will remove the response and give me the screen that says it didn't go through due to a connection error but I'm connected to a great connection and even over my data it will do the same thing (it never does this on the web browser but I use the mobile version much more), once that gets fixed then I can give it 5 stars since I do really love Lumo as it's my main Ai
