I like the app. It has multiple functions. You can take a loan, invest, deposit your money and withdraw it, send money out and so on. Infact, it is just like the regular banks only that it has no physical building for banking transactions and one of the advantages of using branch is that loans are disbursed on time without all. those paper work required by offline banks. Great job, team.

Neither is there an option to make quick payment nor is there any option to close. Their customer care service is the worst. It's been three to four days that I have been asking the customer care person how to make the payment first or how to close, they are not getting any reply. There is no customer care number with which we can talk.

A very bad experience. I had repaid my entire loan on time on this platform to improve my credit score and credit limit. But the second time I applied, my application was rejected without any reason. I didn't receive a proper explanation from the platform, and even after waiting 180 days and trying again, the loan was rejected once more. Do they expect me to wait 180 days? How can anyone wait 180 days in an emergency? "Bad app!" very bad app
