Ratings and reviews

Unreadable. Since the last update, the text is now virtually unreadable. The black on white has changed to a very pale colour which is unreadable against the white. On top of that it keeps informing me there is a critical issue with my car which needs urgent attention but cannot give me any fault code or additional info, just says "we're currently unable to process your data". The car drive fine and has no warning lights.

Improving all the time. New features are now beginning to appear on the app. Driving score now works. And the where you parked feature is great. If there's a fault with your car it tells you the problem and give a quote for repair. Even if you decide to use another garage you have had a quote already and will know if your beginning overcharged. Very handy device and app.

A poor replacement for AA's Car Genie. There's no useful info other than the battery and engine are ok. It patronising tells me I'm doing a good job keeping the engine in optimal condition. 🤷‍♂️ The hardware has no built-in GPS so it can't pinpoint on a map where you drove poorly (so there's no context) or track your car if it gets stolen, which Car Genie could do. A typical example of an executive decision to replace a good product with a terrible one without consulting with the users.
