Really like the app but has recently started the irritating habit of asking me to log in again and then, apparently, struggling to do it. Really takes the gloss of it. Edit 09/02/25. Now I have insurance it would be nice to be able to view it on the app. Asked me to log in. Doesn't recognise my password. Asked for a code, 3 codes and 3 cycles later I am still no nearer being able to see my policy documents or details of any renewals.

Either the app is dreadful or the AA are dreadful, I can't decide. I had to use the app to report a breakdown. I couldn't retrieve any updates via the app so I had to resort to periodically calling the AA. The app doesn't acknowledge that my insurance has breakdown cover & indicates I'll have to buy it (again). Link to do so even if I did doesn't work anyway. Just. Really. Awful.

Does not work. Doesn't update vehicle change. Will not show car insurance documents. Wait ages on phone to update vehicle breakdown cover. Acknowledged app not working. Transferred to car insurer. Told to log on via browser. Delete reload app. Neither work. Really poor and worrying if you have an emergency.
