Really like the app but has recently started the irritating habit of asking me to log in again and then, apparently, struggling to do it. Really takes the gloss of it. Edit 09/02/25. Now I have insurance it would be nice to be able to view it on the app. Asked me to log in. Doesn't recognise my password. Asked for a code, 3 codes and 3 cycles later I am still no nearer being able to see my policy documents or details of any renewals.

It worked well for reporting a breakdown but the rescue tracking did not work. After waiting for over 2 hours I phoned the rescue number and the bot told me to use the app. Brilliant... Help eventually arrived, but the app kept spamming me with notifications saying the patrol is delayed when it had already been and gone. I could not track the ETA for the recovery vehicle either. Overall, a good idea but it needs a lot of polishing to make it useful.

Worked well to report the breakdown and then kept us updated of the arrival time of the mechanic. Until it decided to stop working and not show us any info. When we rang up we were told the updated arrival time, so at least we were reassured that we were still going to be attended to, but the app by that stage had long given up the ghost.
