Really like the app but has recently started the irritating habit of asking me to log in again and then, apparently, struggling to do it. Really takes the gloss of it. Edit 09/02/25. Now I have insurance it would be nice to be able to view it on the app. Asked me to log in. Doesn't recognise my password. Asked for a code, 3 codes and 3 cycles later I am still no nearer being able to see my policy documents or details of any renewals.

Aa are professional and I would highly recommend them,and any advice given or you have any diasbilities, they will help you,especially if you are not sure how the app works they will guide you through it. once you know how the app works,it is great and easy ,quick, if you need help,when you breakdown.

Had a breakdown on Telegraph Hill in Devon. Used the app to report it, technician arrived within 45 minutes. Unfortunately vehicle wasn't repairable at roadside so a recovery truck was arranged to take us back to Somerset, less than an hour later the truck arrived from Highfield recovery and we were soon on our way back home. No one wants to breakdown but if your unfortunate to need help on the roadside these are the guys to sort it out for you. Reporting the breakdown on the app was easy.
