Really like the app but has recently started the irritating habit of asking me to log in again and then, apparently, struggling to do it. Really takes the gloss of it. Edit 09/02/25. Now I have insurance it would be nice to be able to view it on the app. Asked me to log in. Doesn't recognise my password. Asked for a code, 3 codes and 3 cycles later I am still no nearer being able to see my policy documents or details of any renewals.

I've checked this app every now and then to check it's all up and running ok, and it's been fine. Today I've broken down on the motorway, and this app was absolutely useless, it had logged me out for some reason, then it wouldn't let me log in, just kept returning to the login page. then when I finally did manage to log in, it wouldn't let me report a breakdown by pressing the screen, But it would let me report a crash!🤷‍♂️ Very disappointed with it when needed as a crucial time.

Update 18.12.25 App now seems to be working again, no problem logging in or staying logged in. Hopefully all is now sorted. The problem was: constantly asking to login, but after entering correct details it just keeps on asking to login again and again and again. This app worked fine until this last couple of days, not sure what happened but now it's virtually unusable. Very concerning in the case of locating you if a breakdown occurs.
