Developer needs to go back to the drawing board with this 'new & updated' app or bring back the old 1 which worked fine. Been trying for over 1 hour to log in to cancel a 9am class but it keeps buffering & times out & prompts me to 'try again'. Or it shows an empty booking list even though I have 4 classes booked for next week. I even tried logging in to my account on the website but can't get in. It also shows, 'there was an unexpected error'. Just forget it - it's an absolute waste of time.

I joined 'places' and downloaded the app. I can never log in! Constantly tells me login is not valid, even though my email is inundated with codes for 2 step authentication. On the one time I managed to get in, the app actually worked really well, but just wish it was easier to get there - and also would be great to stay logged in once you are there! Come on places, sort it out please

I assumed this new app would be better than the old one but apparently not! Nothing loads. I miss my everyone active app, simple to use and never had issues loading. Will be booking my classes at reception from now on. Update: its now 19th May and it's still awful, I book classes at reception but they don't show on the app, makes no sense! Have deleted it now, unusable.
