Very bad user interface. Not user-friendly app. In a year, I couldn't set an order. Every time, it asks for to complete or do something and then reject your orders whatever you complete or do. Not 2023 century app. I think the app is designed for 80's style. I'm totally disappointed. Highly Not recommended. The app doesn't match with the pictures, not close!

Once you learn the app, it's actually very powerful, especially on the iPad. Some improvement suggestions which would be fairly easy to implement: 1. Adjustable font and window sizing 2. Customisable interface to add windows which are consistent across different parts of the app - such as small charts or pricing. 2. Options volume on the Options chain - essential. 3. Different columns for different accounts 4. Enhance the trades section and offer better ways to see account performance

Unable to create a real account. I was happy with the app when trying using a demo account but as soon as I want to set up an actual account I'm unable to get past the verification process as it's not sending me and email. The help section is useless I just want to talk to someone to sort it out but I might not even bother if it takes any longer.

What's new

Conditional orders automatically submit or cancel your order if your defined criteria are met. Set conditions on price, change %, volume, margin cushion, another instrument being traded and more! We’ve also added Direct Debits and Check Deposits tabs to the Transactions screen
