The app is ok. It freezes from time to time, or links do not work if you are trying to trade or do a transaction. If it does, you will need to go to a computer because the app will not respond. new issue: I am not sure what is going on with etrade, but total gains and price paid is not calculating properly. I paid $21 for a stock, but the price paid reflects an astronomical amount and a loss that doesn't even match. I would recommend to look at other companies due to etrade seems suspect now.

I used this app about a month and a half ago and it was working perfectly. Went to use the app this past week and it has been unusable. I still have not been able to log into the app at all. Cannot get past the login screen whether using biometric or password. Updated, removed, reinstalled, same outcome. I use biometitec or input the password and the app just sits there. Will update once I'm able to login again.

I have the same problem others are reporting where biometrics are disabled about every 4th login. There was a previous issue with stock searches not being available. They finally fixed it, but it took several months! I hope this issue is resolved much sooner. 5/25/26 (more than one month later) - Still not fixed! I use passkeys with many other apps. This is the only app that has this problem.
