I was unexpectedly logged out, my password didn't match so I had to find up with a new one. 10 second after I changed my password I was forced to upgrade to "identity" account and cones up with a new password once again. Who's the genius behind all this? P.s. please stop downloading PDFs first, pretty much any decent app nowadays allows to view them immediately and in app itself. Upd: why do I get notifications about the form I archived? It's obvious that I don't need to fill it.

Good functionality. HOWEVER, I opted for the app in order to reduce/stop emails. The app appears to give you lots of control over emails and notifications, but even with every email option disabled it still emails me every time there's a message, plus a notification so now I get double the number of pings using the app then when I didn't have it. Plus , whenever there is any app traffic you get by default a daily email summary whether you like it or not, which you cannot disable. Infuriating

Can't book after school clubs. This app is a great idea but when it comes to using it the functionality fails. It's in the Accounts section. A calendar is visible and it's greyed out and uneditable. The days that show availability I try to book and pay later and it comes up with an error code. Having to book all the super club via our school reception. Happy to discuss this further.
