About this app

Say goodbye to paper slips and emails. Arbor lets you book parent/guardian consultation slots, register your child for a club or trip, and manage payments all from one place. You can also use it to check in on your child’s attendance, behaviour & academic progress.

Arbor is only for parents at schools using Arbor Management Information System (MIS). If you’re not sure whether this applies to you, we recommend contacting your school office.

Use Arbor to:
- Take a look at your child’s key attendance information, including their average attendance for the year so far
- Edit contact details for your child such as your home address or phone number
- Register your child for an after-school club
- Register your child for an upcoming school trip
- Take a look at your child's behaviour information, including positive & negative behaviour points awarded this year
- Manage your child’s payment accounts and pay for meals or trips directly
- Track your child's academic progress, including the targets they’re working towards this year
- Download report cards
- Book slots at parent/guardian consultations
- See your child’s timetable
- Add new medical information about your child
- Check upcoming homework assignments

Appalling app to use. Not remotely user-friendly. Trying to book clubs is hard work as you have to figure out the dates required and it's easy to miss some... and that's once you even figure out how to get to those clubs in the first place after going through many menus! Please sort this for the better I'm clearly not the only user that thinks this garbage needs a lot of work!

Poor. Interface looks like something from 10+ years ago. Confusing to use. Will update this review if usability improves. Update. It's just a terrible, thoughtlessly designed waste of everyone's time. Can't believe this Abor is passing this off as a commercial application. Looks like it was designed by someone who has never used a phone or apps before.

Terrible app. Only using it as my child's school bought into it. It's horrible to use from start to finish. Log in has too many steps. Each time I have a message from school there's around 9 steps to get to it. Moving around the app is intuitive and clunky. It insist on telling me there are no eye or hearing tests registered as the first thing I can see. He's in high school so it really doesn't matter. I'm asking his school to choose a different provider for this service.
