The app was fairly good, and I managed for the most part to get the journeys I needed with a bit of give and take. Now it doesn't open fully and I can no longer access journeys I have booked in advance. This means that I can't cancel if plans change. A bus gets sent out to pick me up when I won't be taking it. Obviously some sort of glitch that needs sorting out.

Worked really well, and helped so much with getting around. Sometimes it was a little unclear why a Fflecsi bus wasn't available and regular bus routes were suggested. In these cases we had some luck by selecting main points on the Fflecsi route (they're shown when zooming out on the map). Good service and drivers were all pleasant. Thanks!

The app hasn't been thoroughly tested! I've tried to book a journey to Newport Railway Station this morning. The app locates it, but then tells me "Out of Zone" and won't progress any further. The Railway Station *is* in the service zone, so it should have accepted it. #Baffled The problem has been reported via the fflecsi telephone number. It could be replicated on their system, so may be a database issue. It's been escalated and will hopefully be resolved quickly. So, at the moment, only 3 stars, as someone failed to properly test the system before launch. I'll be happy to revise it upwards once it works.
