Our app gives Dial-a-Ride members and their carers more convenience and flexibility for managing their travel.

You can book, schedule and cancel journeys by tapping on your phone or tablet. And you can check out all your bookings at a glance.

You can book trips on the same day as well as in advance. We’ll display the trips that closely meet your needs, and you can select the one that’s best for you.

If you’ve registered an essential escort because you always need to travel with them, they’ll automatically be added to your journey.

If you want to travel with a friend or relative, it’s easy to add them to your journey.

You can review all the journeys you’ve booked, and cancel or amend them with a few clicks.

The app displays real-time information about your current or upcoming journeys, keeping you up to date with any delays or changed arrival times

We’ve designed the app to meet the needs of our customers. That means selecting fonts and backgrounds for easier reading, and including audio options to help people with impaired vision.

Dial-a-Ride is a free, door-to-door transport service for older and disabled Londoners who are unable to use public transport. It’s run by Transport for London.
