About this app

A convenient charging pile app. You can add or remove charging piles or share the

charging piles with your friends. You can charge in real time or make an

appointment to charge, you can see the amount and power changes at any time.

The app and charger work well for all charging, delayed, timed by cost. However there is one problem that is really irritating. Once charging has finished and you go into the records it is empty! Often it takes 24-48 hours before it populates with the full historic data. So, two questions. Why does it take so long? More importantly why isn't the data saved on my phone so I can access it now?

For the essential functions, I have had no problems with the app at all, and although it's not the prettiest app, it does work. However, what lets it down is a few really silly bugs. The translation of some of the UI into English isn't correct or easy to understand, and some input boxes only allow numbers: For example I can't rename my charger to "Home" and have to leave it showing as the serial number, which isn't great as I also have access to multiple chargers, all listed as serial numbers.

This app has been temperamental since it was updated a few months back. It's a hit or a miss whether I can get the charger to show as preparing. It constantly times out, and I have to end up resetting the charger at the wall. It shows available once I reset, but unavailable when going into the main screen...I just want to bloody charge my car please. Useless. It cost a lot of money so the app should be at least decent or RFID cards should have come with it as default.
