The app does open up more control options for the Helios 3600. Our unit was turning AC power off to our refrigerator, as it turns out it was doing it when it didn't sense a load for several hours. Was able to fix that through the app by setting a longer time limit. Four stars because it takes several minutes to recognize and status the attached aux batteries.

Growatt Helios 3600 turns off randomly for about 1 second when using any setting. No idea why and support does not respond. This happens on the latest firmware, not sure if the old one works better because I updated as soon as I got it. Also bluetooth never worked and crashed the app until I connected it to wifi. The watt reading has glitched before to be 0 even though I'm powering a whole gaming setup, and with sone loads it goes up and down every second. It also causes oscillatin buzzing in PC

Very first day of using and for the app only when used with Growatt Battery. I will redo this reveiw if experience changes. Requires price location access all the time! Based on the explanation in the app, this is to locate the device if stolen ... What has knowing my phone's location has to do with finding the battery if it is stolen?
