I had no issues with login (unlike my friends, who did). I also have no problem with some of the activities becoming fully booked, quite quickly. The issue I have is that we missed some of the entertainment due to the app times being different to entertainment actually being at different times. It should not be a difficult thing to coordinate. It could be the hotel that we stayed at rather than the app, but the entertainment team have been great, so the app takes the fall here.

This app is really flawed. I used it in the HV Turkey and it's a fastest finger first at 6pm to book activities. No booking reference number is needed to validate you are there so activities can be booked even if you're not on holiday with aerial adventure is the most difficult activity to book on to. It would be nice to see this integrated into the First Choice app to save you having two apps relating to your holiday in your phone. A points based activity system would work better for fairness.

We booked, system reset cleared all our bookings, your bookings become abbreviations which don't help, the staff which use it when questioned advised they are confused. Noted the event times, yet you are requested to drop off on time and collect 10-15 minutes early, also noticed the start date and end date is wrong are 24hrs, all in all the most confusing app. At the start there were plenty of spaces, once the hotel was at capacity you had no chance, More spaces required as compacenty increases
