Tui Blue = great resorts. The app however, needs some work. When booking a massage, the app crashes everytime. Also, no pricing in the app nor explanations about what massage services are available is dumb When reserving a table for dinner, the app doesn't let you book for the same day, only future days. This is especially a problem when trying to book for the day you arrive

since the new upgrade unable to get Makadi Gardens information up..even after clicking on the middle icon and entering the hotel name..comes up with error unable to access! the app worked perfectly prior to this. please get it sorted as I have 2 holidays booked for this particular hotel! thank you for the quick reply, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app I can click on any other hotels and vue their information but still Makadi Gardens shows error in small font!!!

It is the worst app I have ever had to use, so many glitches, constantly not working. Paying thousands for a holiday and their app is so bad it really makes me regret booking with Tui. This is not about mine or anyone else's expectations, this is about the app being extremely neglected. We pay you thousands Tui, invest in your developers, this is embarrassing and shameful!!
