I love your guys resort but this app is bad. It crashed a bunch of times, took forever to load the resort map (and you have to fully reload it each time you open it), contained information in seemingly arbitrary places, didn't contain all the information needed, and was completely useless when Wi-Fi went down for a bit. When you add in the fact that you have also removed any written information from the rooms, it just feels like a real waste.

Tui Blue = great resorts. The app however, needs some work. When booking a massage, the app crashes everytime. Also, no pricing in the app nor explanations about what massage services are available is dumb When reserving a table for dinner, the app doesn't let you book for the same day, only future days. This is especially a problem when trying to book for the day you arrive

Pretty useless... Why is there a need for an app when the same data could be as easily viewed in the web? Additionally, any bookings that could be done via the app have been removed, so there is really nothing left anymore. Also, when looking at the 5 star reviews, they really sound a lot like tui employees having to write good reviews...
