The app keeps crashing. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I cannot get past the sign in/sign up page. My rostering team seem unable to solve, I have emailed loop software team direct and the issue still hasn't been resolved. Yet this is supposed to replace our old bookings system in March. Please reply and resolve this ASAP. And if it cant be fixed, then notify the organisations using it so we can continue with alternative measures. Its rediculous

Just the other day the calendar disappeared, so my holiday and shifts have disappeared. Now I can no longer get into my calendar. Tried uninstalling, tried wiping the app history etc. reinstall and still it doesn't work. Logged in via email and password, but won't accept phone number. When it works it's good when it doesn't it's terrible.

can't use it at all. log in then click on anything and it just goes off. spoke to my supervisors and they thought it was the bad reception at work. When I told them it happens all the time at home as well they have no idea. total waste of space. The app not the supervisors or manager lol.
