It's taken an hour of trying to log on at work on my PC and trying my phone to eventually get on. Everytime I 'logged in' I got put back to the login page and then a message popped up saying to many people were accessing the site. I'd give the application no stars if I could. I've got no choice but to use it as this is the application all staff working for the trust have to use to request leave, etc. If I had a choice I wouldn't touch it at all.

it worked great for around a week, and then it just stopped. It's not a great situation as my organisation has switched over to allocate loop to asighn rota including ann leave, so now I can't see my shifts or book any leave. The account shows nothing and says I'm not connected to my organisation, so I tried to reconnect for it to then tell me im already connected. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times in hopes it was a glitch, but no change. Noone seems to have any answers.

I use this app to check my shifts and book bank shifts. Its NOT user friendly the layout and readability is very bad, it doesn't show which ward I would be booking on without logging into each available shift which is very time consuming. A lot of the time scrolling doesn't work and I can't see more than half a day's availability. As bank shifts go very quickly it's pretty useless.

Log in and Sign Up buttons have a new layout for easier access.
Call-outs now appear as individual duties for clearer visibility.
Add call-out types like Must Overlap or No Restriction to control timing.
