crashes constantly. After logging in it takes me to the login page. then after logging in it takes me to the login page to login again. then it forwards me to the login page, where I login again, and so forth. also the website doesnt display anything. and my rostering 'team' dont know how to use the app either its been like this for about a year. pathetic.

shocking the app never loads and when it does it freezes and kicks you back out. Ot never saves your log in details. I followed the your advise and tried to update but there wasn't one due. So I force stopped, I'm uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't load. When it did use to work it would work for a few days and then just freeze and despite doing everything I stated above it wouldn't work. Allocate Me was exactly the same.. crashing all the time.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We’d love to understand more about what didn’t work for you. We also added in some fixes for key issues on Tuesday. Can you update the app and let us know on your response if this is better for you, and if not, can you let us know more detail on your concerns? Can you also raise these to your rostering team too?

App doesn't work most of the time - over the past month I haven't been able to log in once via the app. Every time I open the app and try to log in it just keeps showing the loading screen and I never get past this. I have to go to the website to clock in and out. Since the update everything is now working fine. App support team have been great at reaching out to resolve this issue.
