Initially, I thought this app was really good as I could do everything, including booking bank shifts, requesting annual leave, and looking at my up and coming shifts. However, after not logging on for a while, I was asked to log in. After being asked to log in, an error message constantly appears, stating, "the user already had an external account". This is very frustrating as I have no access to the benefits of this app.

Terribly slow and sometimes won't even load at all. My WiFi is great, I've checked the app is up to date, I've made sure it has all permissions it needs to run but yet if you try to open it it'll take 5 to 10 minutes to even load. Then if you click to check anything it'll take 5 or more minutes to load, sometimes getting stuck and crashing. Have fully shut down then reloaded and nothing changes. Incredibly frustrating app to use which is a shame as it has the potential to be really useful.

Absolutely diabolical. Signed up, tried to sign in with my Health roster details, got stuck on a blank screen and now it's stuck in an infinite loading loop whenever I try to sign in. If this isn't sorted out before my trust switches over completely, I'll have no way to book leave! Why do you insist on delivering such an awful product for such an essential function? UPDATE: I had to uninstall the app and reinstall it again to get it to work. Unbelievable
