App is not working! I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it with the hope that it would enable me view my rostering unsuccessfully. When you login, you keep waiting for it to open up the app then it stops and you're prompted to login again or sign-up.This has so far been going on for a few weeks now and it's pretty much frustrating

Hi there, we are sorry to hear you are having issues, can you add more detail to your review regarding what specifically isn't working? This is useful information to pass onto the teams. We do also recommend you pass this onto your rostering team, as they can take a look at your account to see why your rostering information isn't showing.

Initially, I thought this app was really good as I could do everything, including booking bank shifts, requesting annual leave, and looking at my up and coming shifts. However, after not logging on for a while, I was asked to log in. After being asked to log in, an error message constantly appears, stating, "the user already had an external account". This is very frustrating as I have no access to the benefits of this app.

Terribly slow and sometimes won't even load at all. My WiFi is great, I've checked the app is up to date, I've made sure it has all permissions it needs to run but yet if you try to open it it'll take 5 to 10 minutes to even load. Then if you click to check anything it'll take 5 or more minutes to load, sometimes getting stuck and crashing. Have fully shut down then reloaded and nothing changes. Incredibly frustrating app to use which is a shame as it has the potential to be really useful.
