What have they done? I've had to revert to using the web. The app has just stopped working. Tells me I have to login again, accepts the details and then won't complete the process. Have tried multiple times, restarted phone etc. Nothing works. Luckily the web page is fine. Edit. 29/04/26. Reinstalled the app from scratch and it's working, for now. Not impressed by the lack of response from the developer. Loads of people having the same issues.

I have used the app for years and it's always been ok, until the latest update. now it's almost unusable. if you try and edit an order the app won't carry through to check out, just constantly scrolling circle as if the page is loading but nothing happens. have resorted to go back to the web page. come on Morrisons, sort it out.

Update: on logging me out and making me login again, the app has managed to make all of my points disappear. Losing all progress towards deals and savings has unfortunately made owning the app entirely pointless. Very difficult to incentivise the use of something that doesn't amount to anything Constantly logs me out and the extra time holding up the queue to sign in again makes it not worth using

Hi Michael. Thank you for leaving feedback and apologies you have issues with the app forcing you to consistently login. We are in the process of making some changes which are aimed at making it more reliable and easier to login. We hope to make these available soon.
