The old app was easy to navigate and well laid out. This new one is really terrible, so much so I'll now probably cancel my delivery pass and move to Ocardo. Searches often take two attempts, then the filter come up with no products. ie. Lettuce return no products! Also One Click has gone! How could you get this app sp wrong!!! Finally, it automatically logs you out each time you close the app!!!! Grrrrrrrr

I downloaded this app. All was well to start with. The app has suddenly stopped working? The app will not allow me to log in, even though I can log into the online Web store with the same details everytime and see the points I have accumulated. I have tried to reset passwords etc, uninstall and reinstall. Clear cache. Check phone software. Nothing works. I have tried contacting customer services. ABSOLUTELY USELESS. All I get told is that they are busy and are looking into it????

Tried to login to the app which kept failing. Found by trial and error and the password should be kept simple - alphanumeric and less than 15 characters. It then works fine. Adding a complex password allows to login to the website but doesn't work on the app. Saw another review where user has complained and developer does not seem to have understood the issue.
