I love pic monkey, used to use the website a lot but recently found out about the app. It's all fine other than one thing which has really been bugging me! You can't change the opacity of the background colour because when you save the photo/edit it comes out as a darker colour. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, however the issue is still there. Can this be fixed??

Canceling my Pro membership, I'll miss PicMonkey!! 😞 I've used Picmonkey since it was only $5 a month. The desktop version is amazing ( but it does glitch at times, slow to respond etc) the features made it worth it. I'd sometimes use my phone to snap a photo and upload it to the hub to edit on desktop later etc. I recently bought an Android Samsung Galaxy tablet to move photos etc while in the go. I didn't realize that NO TABLETS are supported per the response I got from customer support.

Very disappointed. Have used a paid subscription for about 4yrs now and it used to be great but in the last year the app crashes a lot while in use, and more recently, graphics from their own selection once you've put them on your work, show up as rectangles and squares, not the actual image. I prefered PicMonkey over Canva, for its simplicity and stayed faithful to it, but I'm done with PicMonkey. With the high cost for subscription you'd think they could invest in a better team to fix issues
