I use Nokia G21 and been having issues with it from day 1. After the original version stopped working, no subsequent update of this My Device app has worked on my phone. And from the reviews I see here, the app is indeed very useless including the update I wasted my data and time downloading today. Yet the HMD guys appear unconcerned. Any wonder why Nokia phones almost went into extinction? I understand now why they are going back into reintroducing ancient phones having failed on smartphones.

I liked the my device and the support and 'community' before, but this update is garbage. Not professional (poor grammar & spelling, dead links), & seems like much lower quality than the last time I updated or even from the original version that was included 2 years ago! Support chat still okay.

Worse than useless. App recommendations are a joke. "Device health" can't actually tell you anything about the device. My battery is apparently in "good health" despite swelling up to 3 times it's original size, and holding less than 5 minutes worth of charge.
