The app is very glitchy. I've had numerous issues with the car being double booked, not unlocking when I find it, not locking at the end of my trip, the petrol card not working etc etc. And Go Car's customer service is almost non-existent. The phone number isn't connected so you can't call them. They will not reply to online requests for weeks. It's painful. I only use them when I'm absolutely stuck.

If I could give zero I would. Booked one car, wasnt returned in time for my booking. They charged me a service fee even though the app said "no charge" to cancel (they should be offering me a discount or something, ridiculous). Had to try and book another vehicle immediately, was 10km away from the location it was supposed to be. Why did they even let me book it? Terrible service and overpriced too. Don't be fooled, it's not convenient. Worse, customer support is weekday daytime only

Just a rubbish company in general, The app always let you down, don't open the door, very difficult to find where the car is parked sometimes the location is not very accurate, To the customer service is the worst I ever seen. You can try your lucky call them, but be prepared to be left in holding for at least 20 minutes, Email? forget ! maybe you can get a response after A WEEK! avoid this as much as you can !
