I've had a great experience using Apsora. The money transfers are lightning fast, with funds arriving much quicker than I expected. The exchange rates are among the best I've found, making it excellent value for international transfers, the fee for transactions are a bit tricky and seems at the higher side at times. The app is easy to use, reliable, and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. Can't fully recommend it, at times helpful as well.

Very poor customer service. Money transfers always seem to take longer than expected, and there is little communication regarding delays. I raised a complaint two days ago, but I have not received any update, and my money is still not credited. Whenever I contact customer support for details, they are unable to provide clear information and simply ask me to wait. Based on my experience, the service has been frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. I transferred money to India and it was credited to both my Indian account and my ireland account. There was no response from Aspora for a week, and then I was suddenly asked to refund the amount within 2 days. The calls and emails were inconsistent, with different amounts mentioned. Overall, poor communication and handling — I won’t be using this app again or recommending it.
