Very disappointing experience. I transferred money to India and it was credited to both my Indian account and my ireland account. There was no response from Aspora for a week, and then I was suddenly asked to refund the amount within 2 days. The calls and emails were inconsistent, with different amounts mentioned. Overall, poor communication and handling — I won’t be using this app again or recommending it.

Second time facing delays. Yesterday I made a transfer that showed it would be credited in ~5 hours, but the money is still not credited. Last time it took nearly 24–48 hours. When I posted a review during that delay, they called saying the issue would be fixed, blamed high transactions/the bank, and asked me to edit or remove the review. Since it was urgent, I used another app and the money arrived within an hour. Based on my last 2 experiences, this app is not reliable for emergency transfers

Decided to try Aspora after doing some research across premium tier bank rates, open market exchanges and other options here. The app is clean, Onboarding among the fastest for a financial or any app, bank integration via open banking was a breeze and improved trust and the rates are market leading. Surprisingly transfers were just a few minutes as well! Highly recommended!!
