The service is very poor. My very first transaction failed. After that, when I checked the exchange rate again, it had already dropped further. Also, the amount from the failed transaction was refunded only after two or three days. Overall, this caused me significant inconvenience and financial difficulty. Because of this experience, I would never recommend this app to anyone.

I previously had a transfer that got stuck. The team said the beneficiary account was frozen, but it wasn't. My debit card limit was also sufficient, so the reason was unclear—possibly due to the large amount or a compliance review. The funds were returned to my UAE account within a day. Today, I transferred a smaller amount, and it was credited in 6 minutes. I recommend transferring AED 5,000–10,000 per transaction to reduce the risk of delays.

I've had a great experience using Apsora. The money transfers are lightning fast, with funds arriving much quicker than I expected. The exchange rates are among the best I've found, making it excellent value for international transfers, the fee for transactions are a bit tricky and seems at the higher side at times. The app is easy to use, reliable, and the whole process is smooth from start to finish. Can't fully recommend it, at times helpful as well.
