worst app for money transfer. when I initiated a transfer I got a failure message. then I have initiated another payment , now I see both payments are in progress. when I tried to reach out to support, no proper response and they said they won't be cancel the duplicate transfer . this is happening for the second time. very bad and I won't recommend this app for sending money

​I chose this app because of the "Instant Transfer" marketing, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. My transaction has been stuck in "Review" for 72 hours with no explanation. To make matters worse, their "24/7 Support" is just a chatbot that loops the same three unhelpful answers. If you’re sending money for a mortgage, rent, or a family emergency, use a different service. This app is effectively holding my fun

Very disappointing service. This is the second time I have faced a serious transaction delay, and it has now been 4 days with the money still not credited. What makes it worse is the extremely poor customer service. There is no proper customer care contact number, and the help desk in the app gives no clear response or resolution. When it comes to financial transactions, reliability and support are essential. Unfortunately, this service fails in both. One day, you may also get stuck.
