Use it 4 or 5 times a week. It became extremely unreliable due to other users leaving the car 10+ minutes walking away from the station. Worse than that is yuko's passivity when dealing with this (doing absolutely nothing and this happens in every single booking) and for them it's ok that i have to book 15min extra because of these people. Went back to using GoCar because with their cars the app won't let you finish the booking if the car is not in the right location.

It's a promising app. There's room to make it more user-friendly. There should be an option to extend the booking to a designated time, rather than 15/30 mins as is the current design. I tried it for the first time today. The booking experience was reasonably smooth, given that I had one issue, but I expect there to be a slight learning curve to these things. The Toyota Yaris that I took out was itself a lovely drive - very smooth, and easy. I'd book again just for the comfort of the drive.

The app is pretty much good and the cars are amazingly useful with all new features. But the app has a lot of scope for improvement. It keeps losing the login session and I had to login many times during my journey. The car which I booked had no physical key and I forgot to keep my Yuko card during my journey. So I needed to use the app to lock and unlock car everywhere, which is a good feature though, but where the internet connection was low or 2G, it failed many times to lock and unlock car.
