ZEV co-op (Zero Emission Vehicle Cooperative) is a nonprofit consumer cooperative established to provide zero-emission carsharing services in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We’re member-owned, democratically controlled, and driven by the creativity and power of community engagement. Importantly, our services are available to all qualified participants, with a focus on underserved, low-income, and rural communities.

The communication with ZEV support could have gone a lot better. There were two separate instances where I only found out about important details after the fact—things I should have been told upfront. On top of that, today the chat was disconnected on me twice without warning, and this has happened before as well. One example: you have to pay $20 for the application fee, and if you don’t pass the driving record background check, that fee is non-reimbursable. That should be made very clear befor

The inspectors will purposely place things so they can get an additional fee from you. They're trying say I left a condom in the car when that's impossible as I haven't been active in almost a year. I went from saying it's a good service to telling my 20,000 followers not to use them anymore. It's really shady business practices to falsely say I left things in the car when I didn't.

the seattle branch, is un reliable and you will receive large unexplainable, "car was dirty" charge when the cars are never serviced or kept clean regularly unless someone reports a problem, like me I reported a broken charger port then slammed with 100 dollar cleaning fee for the car being "extremely dirty" when I hardly use it for anything besides getting groceries and running errands. the app isn't worth the hassle 🙄
