Great family exercise! From little to big, doesn't matter, everyone can get down to this app. We started using this every morning & it really makes a difference to get everybody moving for the day. Very simple exercises but it's enough to make me break a sweat(although I admit I'm not in the greatest shape). I highly recommend for families looking for a group workout.

Since children don't get outside or exercise much these days, it's great for the grandkids to burn off some steam before bedtime. They sleep better too!
