Great and intuitive design in my opinion, it's fun to use. I like the selection of new music they make for me. Only problem that made me change platforms was, when I paused a song, I would close the app to open something else on my phone and the music widget would disappear and RESET MY SONG FROM THE START or sometimes even close the app. This is so annoying bc sometimes I'd paused to do something else and was just in the climax on the song. Please fix this and you'll have my subscription back.

The algorithm is good, discovered a lot of good music I had no idea of. But the long standing bugs in the app are a bit disappointing. Downloaded favourites often don't work when I'm offline on the tube. Why do you need internet to shuffle the downloaded favourites? When I finally get it to work with no internet, the shuffle button appears disabled. Restarting the app is sometimes needed. Next button is often disabled for no reason, but you can still skip with the swipe.

Loved it until the last few updates made it useless when searching for songs/artists. That feature no longer works for me and many others. Close to jumping ship and finding another service provider. The home screen is also too congested which makes it harder to operate when you're on the move having to scroll, and swipe just to get to your playlists. Cool features but just a little too much going on. On top of not being able to fully use the app my family plan monthly rate just went up $2
