I have used apple music for about 8 years now, and for the most part it's been great. I used to have an I phone, which apple music worked great on, but since switching to samsung, it's been spotty. It work most of the time, but I've had a variety of temporary and some longer lasting issues over the 3 years I've had samsung. The main problem I've had since the beginning is visual issues, so not app breaking, but annoying. Overall, it's usually fine and the ui looks good, plus they pay artist well

I've only been using the two Apple Music apps for a few days and I think that it's pretty good, but why do you need two different apps? I like the layout and the range of music available but what's annoying me is if I use the app THREE times i made a playlist and began listening to it only for the music to stop. I'd lost every track in the playlist so I made it again for the same thing to happen. I've never had anything like that happening on Spotify. Life's to short. Goodbye Apple Music apps.

I switched to AM this year, after testing a dozen services, and everything's good: simplicity, aesthetics, hi-res capabilities, and lyrics. But the biggest problem I'm facing on my Pixel phone is that when I ask my Google Assistant to play a specific song, it doesn't play, until I explicitly open the app after commanding. Everything else - album, playlist, artist - is integrated seamlessly with the Assistant. Can you please fix this issue?
