Excellent smart watch experience! While 'steps' and 'sleep' are getting regularly updated in the app, the 'Heart Rate' and the 'Oxygen level' are NOT getting updated. The smart watch measures both accurately, but the app fails to update them. I cannot even delete the stock readings of the HR and O2 level screens, even after resetting the smart watch. Can you please identify and address this problem? Thank you.

There is only 8 alarms I can make in pebble royale smart watch, it should be atleast 15,and there should be a volume adjustment in watch, which is major and missing. and no use of find my device because the tone which it produces has very low volume,and we can't change it, nor we can make any volume adjustment. These are the drawbacks I felt was important for me.

App is crushing for several times after reinstall it. Bluetooth is cut off several times and I have to reconnect to the noise watch. Its really terrible. I have already mail to the support team. I followed the steps but same problem happen. It didn't work. I am re-edit my review after more than 2 month of usage. Now the situation is this app even didn't run in my hi-end Android phone. It's full of bugs. They didn't fix this bugs. The device (band) is ok. But this app is bogus. Please Don't buy
