Ratings and reviews

Very bad app and watch both. I don't want notifications, i don't want that silly icon in the status bar at top constantly that adds no value, and the app doesn't let me proceed unless i grant notifications permission. There's no way to set regular monitoring of SPO2, heartrate monitoring maximum is 5 mins frequency which quite low. No way to customize screens on the watch. Bad app, bad watch.

This is really testing my patience level, I bought the smart ring 1st purchase it was not getting syncing properly so I reached out to boat care and what a pathetic service I got so I have to ask for a replacement yesterday I got the exchange also. and after charging until green light now I am trying to install and do the setup. I don't understand why the hell Boat Crest app is asking for multiple firmware update installation I already did it twice again it is asking and again not getting sync.

Downloaded today, but even after 7-8 hrs still not able to login into the app, it is continuously throwing error when trying to send OTP verification for login. Tried everything possible to login, but stuck on the same thing since ever. Frustrating, because of this app, not able to connect to my boat smartwatch.
