After having had multiple loans taken for over 6 years and having paid it well before time, for the one year everything has changed. Approval before took hardly a day, now to reject they take three days. Started checking highly unreliable Experian Score instead of CIBIL. Your previous payment history is not going to matter, since they are going to reject it anyway. Sad to see such a good and trusted app, going down this way.

My experience with Cashe was highly disappointing. After paying all my EMIs on time, I got a WhatsApp message about foreclosing my loan to get a higher limit. I foreclosed, but upon reapplying, I was only eligible for the same amount. To make matters worse, the application process this time was extremely slow. The app shows that my documents were 'under verification' for over seven days. This is a pathetic user experience and a waste of time. I can not recommend borrowing from Cashe..

The worst app ever. I've requested loan on 20th November, 23 and it's been like 15 days haven't received the amount it's still under process. Even I drop multiple emails and the only thing they have is it will be debited soon. The worst part is their chatbot when you click on know my loan status, it says I won't be able to help. I needed money in emergency and they made fun of it. Their technical issues doesnt get resolved even after 15 days. I would request playstore to take down application.
