worst app ever,after getting payment also it has not been getting changed in amount section more than 3 days, already mailed,called to toll-free but nobody providing information. Irresponsible behaviour,and trust me app shows something else but branch says something else, nether the mail nor the toll-free nobody just answers

this app is not working properly please 😭 I pay due before Days but every month the Bonce charges 500 needs to update the app properly take proper care and update this app . this is the worst app I am requesting many times to cancel my mandate but create required and required no. but not responding no one answered about issues.

very unresponsive, called multiple times today the hold time is out of this world,5 mins twice and I was disconnected, plus when they call you u have these very impolite unprofessional people who are untrained in polite customer service, I think mahindra finance can do much better to train it's employees.
