Terrible customer service and poor communication I am extremely disappointed with Mahindra Finance. The customer service is highly unprofessional, and getting a clear answer from their staff is nearly impossible. I have faced delays in processing, unhelpful responses, and a complete lack of support when trying to resolve an issue with my account. Save yourself the headache and look for better finance options elsewhere. 1 star.

very bad service. I paid the loan fully and got all closing papers and even removed the hypothecation from rc. more than a year passed and still these scammers are calling me from random numbers and asking me about loan details. This loan company is not at all recommended. Very annoying service.

Useless ,If I'm paying before the due date through application it should be updated instantly and e mandate should be paused for that period. After early payment it is not appreciated it creates harassment for customers and why payment option is given in the application. Making early payment is a mistake or what? Customer service is also very pathetic. Please stay away,there are various genuine finance companies available in the market. This was my big mistake that I chose Mahindra Finance.
