very poor app and customer service both, for NOC of my closed loan I am continuously trying from app but not working same time chasing continuously on email with customer service but apart from system generated mail no one is replying, totally pathetic customer service and app, totally disappointed. Even after dropping 3-4 mails to customer service didn't received a single response, totally unprofessional.

Extremely disappointed with this app. It keeps showing "We are facing some issues. Please try again later" every single time I open it. The app is completely unusable. This is unacceptable for a financial services app where customers need access to their accounts at any time. Please resolve this issue immediately or at least provide an alternative way to access our account details.
