This app is absolutely useless; it can't handle even the simplest task. They can't even provide a basic service like issuing an NOC. Everything is done online these days, yet they are insisting that I visit the branch. It has been seven years since the loan was settled; I even visited the branch, but they keep telling me to come back another day. Who can keep taking leave from work to visit repeatedly?

Extremely Poor Service Very disappointing experience with Mahindra Finance. My loan was fully paid and settled more than a month ago, but the loan account is still not closed. Even after completing all payments, the NOC process has not been initiated. It is highly frustrating that a customer who has cleared the entire loan still has to follow up repeatedly for basic closure formalities. The app also does not provide a clear update or resolution regarding the pending loan closure and NOC.

I tried everywhere but I get rejected every time! So I found this app on ads I read a few reviews and I just submitted my application! hopefully I will get approved. I'm really having a difficult time I just wish Mahindra Finance could help me out - I have a stable job and will pay emi actively. waiting for a follow back :)
