so I took a loan of 35000, and repaid the whole amount before due date, instead of paying in emis. after that they never gave me new offer. Upon contacting the customer care, they just said the same thing, it will be shown on app, but it never did. They are not even picking the call and just showing the same thing again. I am really disappointed with my experience. I expected more transparency, especially with the reputation. be careful before you opt.

This is a quick app i must say. I have a good track record with many apps but olyv has been my choice for a long time because of the quick process. When i took my 1st loan, i submitted all my required doc, including my salary slip, K Y C, pan, aadhar & bank statement. But after replaying the 1st loan, when i opted for 2nd loan, they only asked me to upload the updated bank statement & it's done, whereas other apps were again asking for all the documents, which could delay the process for days.

Olyv app excels in its customer support system by setting high standards for online loans. The staff is well trained with excellent skills to identify user issues. While applying for my first loan, I faced an issue sharing my bank statement, which failed 3 times. I almost gave up but when I sent my query over whtsapp, the team mentioned that I was not uploading it in the correct format. I was uploading in word format & app needs pdf.
