Gold Loan
● Loan Amount: ₹1,000 (min) to maximum as per policy
● Tenure: 180–365 days
● Interest Rate: 11.99%–30% p.a.
● Processing Fee: 0%–0.3%
● Foreclosure Fee: Nil
● Representative Example:
Gold Loan Example: For a ₹5,00,000 loan at 12.99%* annual interest, a customer paying only interest every 30 days for 270 days will pay ₹48,045 as interest. The processing fee is ₹25 (including GST); the total payable amount is ₹5,48,070 by the end of the 270-day tenure. Principal repayment is flexible within the 270-day tenure.
*Note: Figures may vary with gold rates & schemes.
Final rates depend on the Gold Loan scheme & gold rate per gram.

Personal Loan
● Loan Amount: ₹20,000 to ₹1 Cr
● Repayment Tenure: 6 to 96 months
● Rate of Interest: 10.5% to 30%
● Processing Fees: Up to 3.54% of loan amount (incl. of applicable taxes)
● Representative Example:
A loan of ₹1,00,000 at an interest rate of 14% p.a. for 12 months results in an interest amount of ₹7,745 (reducing balance method), with a processing fee of 3.54% (₹3,540) & other charges of ₹200. The total amount to be repaid after a year is approximately ₹1,11,485. Note: This is an estimate; actual interest rate & processing fees may vary depending on the product.

tried to use the Loan Top Up feature, but after selecting the amount and bank details, I just got a generic error message telling me to visit a branch. If I have to go to the branch anyway, what is the point of having this feature in the app? It’s a waste of time and didn't solve my problem at all. Very poor user experience for existing customers. Please fix your digital processing. 1/5 Stars.

Previous review - App is crashing, not even opening on same day when repayment due date, nice trick to charge excess amount to customers, pathetic, BTW I tried clearing cache, uninstall & reinstall app, still same Now - I don't know how they do it but in couple of hours after response from developers team & over email, app had an update on playstore & now it's working properly. Updated the app & done my payment, thankfully no extra charges were applied Satisfied with rapid response😊 1 to 4⭐

Very good gold loan app. The process is simple and fast. I was able to apply for a loan easily and the money was credited quickly to my bank account. The app interface is clean and easy to understand. Customer support is also helpful and responsive. Overall a reliable app for gold loans and financial needs. Highly recommended.
