Used to be great, has gone downhill the past couple of months. For example, they combine orders to save on shipping (I'm fine with this) but if a seller neglects to include an item, you cannot get a refund because the combined package shows as "delivered". I have started recording myself opening combined parcels but they won't view the URL because it's "delivered". Items aren't cheap if they aren't sent.

The pay after delivery option doesn't work. It only takes credit cards so I put one but it doesn't work. I think its a sham or so, I've contacted on the issue but when I get a reply its about something off topic and has nothing to do with my issue. I really thought the PAD would be amazing because I've had sellers not ship and withhold my funds for MONTHS. Without giving me the option to cancel.

I'm rather surprised how often I get items in good quality considering the price. When you dig into the ecosystem of the app like the daily coins, it's very easy to save money! Just beware not everything you get will be to expectation -- so don't go buying home electronics or something like that. I've had the most success with toys, trinkets to help with organizing, and bedding.
