update: The item has arrived. 1. On the last day of the already delayed delivery I was notified of a 3 months(!!!) delay. 2. Any attempts to cancel for refund are blocked. 4. When trying to chat thru the app - you get a useless robot and eventually a message that an agent will get back to you in 8 (!!!) days. 5. eventually , 10 days later I get a message that the package was delivered... but to some distant pickup location. If you find this level of service acceptable - go for it. I won't.

It's like wish, but better! Great place to find just about anything for cheap, and has great customer service that asks few questions when sorting out issues in case you do get sent some junk. Really similar to Wish, but I've had better luck actually getting my orders when I order with Joom. The only negative is the month long shipping time since everything comes from China and can take over a month sometimes; but shipping is always free so even that's not a huge downside.

Generally, Joom is a great app and you can find some nice products for very low prices. For example, I purchased a wrist watch for probably about 20% of the market price. And I am very satisfied with that order. However, take precautions when using this app because some items, such as wireless Bluetooth headphones, are either low in quality or don't arrive at all. I would rate this app 3.5 stars, but since I can't, I rounded up to 4.
