I always use bravofly for my ticket booking. Last year, I had cancelled my trip and applied for a refund. I received a redemption voucher. And this year I have used that amount to book a new ticket. I have read many reviews that it is a scam website. In my experience, it is not scam at all. But processes are slow, and websites are not maintained with the same standard on different domains.

Good when everything works smoothly, but quick to drop you when there is a problem they caused.

Dot use this honest. This website is the worst I have used no service support no customer care number. Only fake promise that they clear your problem after log time it is not solved
