Ratings and reviews

The Chosen App no longer works on my Samsung 23+. When I open the app, it displays the Chosen logo, but a message across the top states: "Something went wrong. Retry." No matter how many times I retry, the app doesn't open. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Fails. I have uninstalled, turned off phone, then restarted, reload. Still fails. Need this resolved please.

After creating an account (which was frustrating on its own because the app kept freezing during the set up...and kept rejecting the username without enough specifics as to why), sign in didn't work because it says it doesn't recognize the username or the email. So, creating an account was just a waste of time. If the app glitches get ironed out, I'll write an updated review.

I love the chosen but the app doesn't work properly on fire TV. There are no controls and the image does not fit the screen with no way to fix it within the app itself. Please update and solve this issue.
