The application allows you to view, with extreme simplicity from your mobile device, all the plans purchased.

Then consult your current and past training programs at any time.

The training programs are customized for you by our professionals:
• Train where you want and when you want! Follow your workout to perfection by viewing each workout of the week
• Rename your workouts as you like.
• View the PDF of your workouts.
• Track the total time of each training session with the elapsed time indicator.
• Do not miss a single recovery with the timer that warns you that the time is up, even while you are listening to your favorite music.
• Have you lost count of the series performed? No fear! There is the series counter that counts for you.
• Record all your progress day by day to create your training diary.
• Do you have a question about training? Open a ticket and interact directly with your reference trainer.

Then consult your current meal plan and past ones at any time.
Food plans are customized for you by our professionals:
• Follow your diet to perfection by viewing every meal of the day.
• Zero boredom! Choose from the food alternatives proposed for you by our nutritionists.
• Do you have to do the shopping? Impossible to forget something thanks to a handy shopping list that lists all the foods in your diet and allows you to add them to the "to shop" list to always and only buy what you need.
• Do you have a question about your diet? Open a ticket and interact directly with your reference nutritionist.

Appena scaricata funziona discretamente. Dopo i primi 2/3 workout l'app inizia a crashare pesantemente. Non è responsive e il touch, per alcuni tasti, non viene riconosciuto subito. Da rivedere.
