About this app

eSolutions Charging allows you to manage your Free2move eSolutions charging stations (easyWallbox, eProWallbox family) and have access to recharge your electric car at home or on the go in a vast network of charging points available in 29 European countries.

The eSolutions Charging App has been designed to remotely configure, manage, view, monitor and control your entire charging experience both at home and on the move.

Its main features allow you to:
- Create a personal profile
- Pair the eSolutions charging stations with your smartphone and configure them according to your needs
- In-app subscription to access charging on the go (Pay as you move Beginner, Pay as you move Advanced)
- Limit the charging power according to the household energy supply agreement
- Add and connect one or more RFID cards to your personal profile to control the access to recharge
- View the map of the charging points in the area and filter them as needed
- Calculate the route to the charging point
- Start or stop the charging process both at home and on the go
- Keep track of all your charging sessions
- Generate consumption reports when MIDmeter is installed
- Contact customer support

terrible app. connection to WiFi and Bluetooth constantly dropped. setup with the 'up' app was awful due to this problem and I would recommend staying well away from this charger and app.

App is useless. cannot even open a support case, it gives an error when submitting. I was only able to change the home power once and since then its greyed out. connecting to the box gives an error. tested on different phones and still not working. useless.

The App barely opens. Sometimes it opens without an issue but 90% of the time, the initial loading screen never vanishes. The app is usable in the current state, which makes our wallbox unusable.
