Ratings and reviews

The latest update is entirely downhill, 0 improvements, all negative changes. The app used to work. it did its job in the background without problems. All of that is gone. Went more than 1 day without opening the app? Login again because for some reason the app can save credentials like it used to a month ago. You can no longer get notifications to let you know the charger is available. Overall experience went from a solid 9/10 app that did its job into a 0/10 that is now a hindrance.

This new update makes it extremely difficult to sign up for notifications when all of the spots are in use. It no longer allows me to sign up for availability notifications for all of the chargers in a cluster. I need to sign up for each individual charger. The app showed that my charger was "available" while my car was charging. I had to close the app fully and restart the app to get it to acknowledge that my car was charging. The green availability donut graphs on the maps were better before.

This is the worst update I have ever. The older app was less visually polished but it was working perfectly. I have to log every time I open the app. I lost all the historical data I had. Sync the charging session works very bad, it is necessary to be in front of the charger to manage the session. It is impossible to stop the session from the cellphone, that's really bad. Filters/labels work bad. I use the app 3 years already and is sad what they did with it.
