Update: I need to remove two stars for the moment, because, on my new phone (Pixel 3A, Android 10), the app does an annoying thing: it looks for an update (sometimes for a long time) even if I already have the day downloaded ahead of time. Worst of all, when it updates, it deletes all of the other days that I have already downloaded. (E.g., if I have downloaded the entire week from Monday to Sunday, after a few hours, if I go in to try to open tomorrows Office of Readings, I find that all of the future days have been deleted.) I have restored a high rating. There are still a few things that don’t quite work correctly. (1) The user interface of the download tab in settings: the scrolling is off, and it is difficult to see all of the downloaded days. (The little region that contains the scrolling list of downloads should be stretched out longer.) (2) The back button still has troubling remembering the last page visited. For instance, in the Mass, sometimes the back button does not go back to the menu for the Mass, but some other random place. It would also be very helpful if the app could remember where I was looking: sometimes I have to from the Order of the Mass to some proper, and then back to the Order of the Mass, but I have to scroll all the way back to the place where I was. Also, although this is not fatal, I would suggest sending the reminders for donations a little less often. Finally, a feature request (more of a wish list): in the Mass, provide a links to the possible prefaces after the offertory collect. It really takes a long time to find the preface otherwise.

Abbiamo molti dispositivi e non è facile regolare queste impostazioni. Rivedremo la grandezza minima dello ZOOM molto presto.

I have used this app for years, and it is definitely my favorite of the available options. I really like that it includes the propers for optional memorials and commemorations. Lately (past few weeks), I've been having trouble with the app resetting to thinking that the current day isn't loaded whenever I switch to another app or sometimes even if I let the screen time out. It's rather annoying, as I then have to go through the menus and scroll through to find my place again.

The app is great. But for the past several weeks it only gives a screen with the message "We're sorry, an error occured and the app stopped" and a red back to home button, which just reloads the error screen. *Update: clearing the app cache fixes this problem. Wish it didn't happen at all, but at least it's back up and running. Until next time.
